BreadsOur bread variety goes all the way from plain white bread to a hearty
100% whole grain rye. These fine breads are all made from nothing but
the best wheat, white or rye flours available in Utah. Other
ingredients are water, sourdough, salt, yeast and, in some cases,
different grains like flax (linseed), sesame, sunflower seeds, rolled
oats and more. But, whatever we may put in our breads - fat, sugar,
preservatives or color are never part of the genuine German composition
