In order to decrease download time, we have divided our assortment of fine bakery products into six categories :

Our
bread variety goes all the way from plain white bread to a hearty 100% whole grain rye. These fine breads are all made from nothing but the best wheat, white or rye flours available in
Utah. Other ingredients are water, sourdough, salt, yeast and, in some cases, different grains like flax (linseed), sesame, sunflower seeds, rolled oats and more. But, whatever we may put
in our breads - fat, sugar, preservatives or color are never part of the genuine German composition.
Perfect for parties or fun dinners. Make your own subs, sandwiches or slice them any way you want. The slim shape together with the crunchy crust bear lots of flavor
that makes you close your eyes and feel as if you are on vacation in Paris.
All of our rolls have
one thing in common : a crisp crust and a soft, moist interior - just like in Germany. Featuring a wide variety from white over rye to 7-Grain, we have something for every taste. Make a
sandwich the German way or have conveniently portioned bread to accompany a good meal, the possibilities are virtually endless.

breakfast, afternoon coffee or just as a snack between meals, our delicious pastries fit into any schedule. Sweet (but not too sweet) and flavorful, soft, moist, yummy - all these words
