Although Vosen's Anise Cookiess contain no preservatives, they will stay fresh for 2-3 months. Like all Cookies with a high sugar content, it is best to keep them in a plastic bag or a tin box and store it at a dry cool place. With a shelf life this long, there is no need to freeze them.
