StorageTips

Since Vosen'sWalnut Rolls contain no preservatives and due to the small portion weight, ithas a 1-day shelf life. The crust acts as anatural preserver and keeps the interior moist and soft. If the rolls shouldbecome hard during the day, you can soften them by heating them in a microwaveoven for 5-10 seconds. Longer exposure to microwave radiation will make themleathery and hard to eat. You can also store them in a plastic bag and heat themup in a 400o F oven for 1-2 minutes to make the softened crust crispy again.

If you chooseto freeze the rolls, tightly wrap it in a plastic bag. They will keep up to 2weeks. To serve from a frozen state, let them thaw inside the plastic bag (topreserve moisture), remove them from the bag and heat it in a 400o F oven for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve warm. DO NOT UNDERBAKE.
