Storage Tips
Since Vosen's Cheese Cake needs to be refrigerated, the shelf life is dependent upon the temperature. Please be advised that extended storage at room temperature may cause the Cheese Cake to be spoiled and hazardous to your health. In a refrigerator, it will stay ok for up to a week. If you choose to freeze it, you will have no or little quality loss for up to 1 month. The cheese filling acts as a natural preserver and keeps the interior moist and soft.
Shipping Information
This product is, due to its need for refrigeration, not very well to ship. We would recommend this only for refrigerated shipping which is very expensive and advise you that you will have quality loss.
