Bauernbrot
Containing70% unbleached white flour and 30% dark rye flour, the Bauernbrot is one of themost popular breads in Germany.
Krustenbrot
Similarto the Bauernbrot, but with a higher rye content of 50%. The crusty surface holdsextra flavor, while the moist texture keeps this great tasting bread fresh forup to 4 days without refrigeration.
SunflowerBread
While also containing 50%unbleached white and 50% rye flour, the Sunflower Bread enhances the taste ofthe Krustenbrot with whole sunflower seeds.
7-GrainBread
Unbelievably rich in flavor,this bread gives you everything in fiber and nutrients you could ever ask for.Most 7-Grain Breads that you find in grocery stores will contain only "2%or less" of each grain, mostly ground. With a minimum of 5% (Sesame Seeds)and a top of 15% (Flax Seeds), all as whole seeds, we certainly beat thecompetition by far.

Schwarzbrot
